REFUND POLICY: No refunds after Feb 14, 2026 Refunds for the cost of the seminar, minus $50 processing fee, will be refunded by emailing [email protected] prior to Feb 14. 2026 No partial refunds are available in the event of missed classes. Holly Guzman Seminars reserves the right to cancel any class or event due to low enrollment or instructor unavailability. A full refund will be provided in these instances.

Please note: As a precondition for signing up for the seminar, attendees must consent, without restriction, to being recorded in whatever form recording is occurring by Holly Guzman Seminars.
I the undersigned hereby grant permission to Holly Guzman and her representatives to photograph and video me, and otherwise capture my image, and to make recordings of my voice at the above-mentioned seminar. I understand that if I volunteer to participate in a demonstration, this will be filmed and is included in this release and waiver. I understand that these images and recordings are being made for commercial use. I hereby grant Holly Guzman and her representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute, and create derivative works of these images and recordings in any format. I acknowledge that Holly Guzman owns full rights to these images and recordings.
I hereby waive and release any and all rights, and release and hold harmless the producers from and against any claims, damages, or liability, including but not limited to inspection, approval, compensation, defamation, privacy, publicity, copyright, misuse, moral or other rights related to the taking, production, alteration, publication, distribution or use of these images, recording or materials.
I have read this release and waiver before signing, and I fully understand and agree to its terms. This waiver and release are binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
